At Albe's BMX Bike Shop, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear, so we offer a 30-day return window for new, uninstalled parts and apparel in their original packaging. Please note that complete bikes that have been assembled or custom wheel builds are not eligible for standard returns.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are in brand-new condition, unused, and include all original tags and packaging before initiating your request.
Request an RA Number
Contact our support team via email or phone to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number, which must be clearly marked on the outside of your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your components or gear and ship them back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Processing and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees, within 3-5 business days.
