How long does it take for my bike to ship?
Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer professional assembly for bikes?
All bikes are shipped 85% assembled in the original manufacturer's box. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We recommend having a local shop perform a safety check before your first ride.
What is your return policy on parts and accessories?
We accept returns on unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We move fast to get your gear out the door! If you need to make a change, please call us immediately. Once an order has reached the shipping department, we are unable to make further modifications.
Do you ship BMX bikes internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and your specific destination.
